I’ve been coding furiously since … well, since 2005. Over the past week, I’ve implemented the steepest spike in the project’s SLOC History.

Posted this morning, Alpha3 v0.3.1 is an incremental release on the roadmap to Alpha4, introducing Player-Created Islands. There are some known issues and limitations, but basic functionality is testable. (This is the secret alpha bonus feature mentioned earlier.)

Disclaimer: I’m not promising how this feature will manifest itself in the final game design, but I’m very excited about the potential.

Alpha playtesters should see this forum topic for details on testing the new feature.

My brother likes to buy stuff online and so my dad asked him to buy for us a Satellite TV
that has a very good signal and a brighter picture than what we have
right now. The one that is much affordable, quality standard and with a
Direct TV in it. My
dad is planning to replace our old one and put it in the kid’s playroom
so that they can play with their video games all they want. My siblings
are really into it and they want their own

My brother ordered one online and the
shipping would last for only 4 days and the TV is ours. My brother is
right, the products online are much cheaper and accessible compared to
the mall. Our way to the mall would take us about 30 minutes to get
there but with the online shopping we can get the product we want
including the DirecTV
with just one click of our fingertips. So easy and so convenient. No
doubt my brother bought all his stuff in the net. He saved on gas, time
and most of all, his allowance. Now we can enjoy the comfort of our
living room to just chill and eat some popcorn with the whole family.
It will be a bonding time for us enjoying our favourite shows, cheering
for our favourite team and have some nice straight from the oven popcorn flavoured cheese. It is a very tiring day today. How I wish I could just
relax at home for the weekend and forget about work.

Last weekend I had the opportunity to begin The Secrets of the Galaxy, which is my first face-to-face RPG campaign. I’ve been really excited about it, ever since I was approached with the possibility of running such a game at the beginning of the year (wow, that was nearly 6 months ago!). As I’m comfortable with the rules for Jedi in the Star Wars Saga Edition, it was the perfect opportunity to run an adventure set in the Old Republic.

I’ve set up an wiki where I can keep track of everything in the game and to provide my players with some sort of ‘guidebook’ that will help them remember key information about what has happened and the like. It needs to be populated with some more data, I just haven’t had the time to do it properly.

Anyway, the first session went very well and I’m really excited to see how everything plays out.

“Kolchak, The Night Stalker,” “One Step Beyond,” “The Twilight Zone” and “Star Trek” — lots and lots of “Star Trek” — are among the shows featured in this 30-minute documentary on sci-fi on American television.

We recently released 3 new MVP item scrolls for Ragnarok Online.

I especially like the Ghost Ring MVP scroll which gives the user GR properties for a minute! Wow! This will be good during PVP sieges. The next one is the Pheeroni MVP scroll which grants +100 hit for 1 minute. These items are currently available in the pRO Free-to-Play servers’ item mall (Valkyrie and Valhalla).
